Trevor Carr
Trevor is a board member of Fastloop. He is a specialist in driving innovation in the fields of technology, data and digital marketing. Trevor founded Noise Digital, a digital media firm, at the start of the digital revolution in 1998. In 2023, Noise was acquired by one of the world’s largest communications groups, Havas, based in France.
Trevor continues operating the Noise business as a standalone unit under the Havas Canada Group. Trevor’s thirst for supporting disruptive technology organizations focused on the future was quenched with his founding investment in Fastloop.

Breedon Grauer
Breedon is a board member and leads all operational aspects of Fastloop, including strategy, growth and execution. Prior to Fastloop, Breedon was a member of the senior leadership team of The Jim Pattison Group of companies ($15B+ in sales, 50K+ employees, 300+ companies, 100+ countries) where he led a number of growth initiatives including global marketing, inter-company sales, procurement and technology.
Additionally, Breedon launched, managed and scaled a new division, called Pattison GO, that consolidated and monetized assets across the organization globally. Prior to this, Breedon helped launch a sport marketing startup, was part of the Olympic team that delivered the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics, and managed a number of PGA TOUR events across the United States.
Yogesh Bhatt
Yogesh leads all technical aspects of Fastloop, including client strategy, technical leadership and all data, analytics, AI and digital transformation services. Yogesh brings a wealth of global experience to Fastloop, including ~25 years working with some of the globe’s largest data and AI programs across sectors including Oil & Gas, Retail, Loyalty, Airlines, Automotive, Heavy Industry, Manufacturing, and CPG among others.
Prior to Fastloop, Yogesh spent much of his career managing Data, Cloud, Analytics and ML/AI services across 14 countries for global consulting firms.
Jason Tong
Jason leads all finance, accounting and corporate measurement for Fastloop. He has over a decade of experience providing finance, tax, capital raising, systems implementation, and CFO services to private and public companies in the technology, professional services, manufacturing, consumer goods, finance, and mining sectors. Previously, Jason was the CFO of Pathway Capital Ltd, a venture capital firm with a portfolio of early-stage ventures with market capitalization ranging from $5M to $100M.
Jason articled at Deloitte & Touche LLP in Vancouver, has worked for Seaspan and the 2010 Olympic Winter Games. Jason is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder (CFA).
Delia van Heerden
Delia leads Fastloop’s People Operations, including Employee Growth, Development and Training, plus developing and cultivating a robust Culture across Fastloop. Delia brings a wealth of experience in Corporate Development & Training to Fastloop and a deep passion for creating a culture of fun, transparency, innovation and learning.
Prior to Fastloop, Delia owned/operating a corporate training organization that was acquired in South Africa before she emigrated to Canada. This company assisted SMB’s and Enterprises through professional development, training and performance development services.
Liudas Sodonis
Liudas manages Fastloop’s Applications & Infrastructure practice which includes working with Fastloop’s clients to deliver their Cloud Modernization, Networking, Security, DevOps/MLOps, Development and overall technical strategy. Liudas moved to Canada from his native Lithuania in 2015 and brings with him over 15 years of experience across the entire software development lifecycle, security and dataops.
Liudas has taken on various technical roles in different organizations spanning e-commerce, SaaS, marketing, media, and InfoSec. He’s worked with both large enterprises and startups always bringing a passion for all things security, performance and architecture.
Jordan Urban
Jordan manages Fastloop’s Analytics Services practice which includes Analytics, Reporting and Business Intelligence, Business and Data Analysis, Semantic Modelling, and Vizualizations. Jordan brings over 10 years’ experience in Data & Analytics, having worked with both startups and large enterprise organizations.
He has deep experience working across the entire Data & Analytics lifecycle with industry vertical experience including E-Health, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Finance, Heavy Industry, Forestry and Insurance, among others.
Raj Prasad
Raj leads all Service Delivery areas of Fastloop, including project and portfolio management, client planning and success, resource management and professional services operations. Raj brings significant experience developing agile delivery teams and managing projects that span the entire data management lifecycle, from governance, quality and analytics, to Machine Learning and A.I.
Prior to Fastloop, Raj spent much of his career supporting enterprise data transformations for brands like Lululemon, Teck, Ritchie Bros., and Best-Buy, among other notable organizations.
